Shipping + Returns
 

EXCHANGES

All sales are final.

If however, an item arrives to you defected or damaged, we will certainly exchange it for a new one. 

If it really does not fit we will happily exchange for a different size, provided the different size is available to you, otherwise, we can provide you with a credit voucher to use within a 6 month period.

Exchanges will happily be given if the item is unused, unworn, unwashed and with all packaging and labels intact.

Contact must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order.

The original invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.

It is the customer's responsibility to pay the costs of all postage on returning items and ensure they are returned in the same condition in which they were sent.

It is also the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of postage and packaging to resend the new item.

REFUNDS

We will provide you with a refund on full-priced items if:

  • The items are deemed faulty

  • The items received are different to the goods you have ordered

Once your return has been received we will refund you by your original payment method.

Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.

 

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are not able to be returned, we will only approve the return of regular priced items.

  

FAULTY ITEMS

Should an item be faulty, we ask the customer to contact us promptly via phone +61 432 592 500 or email to discuss hello@shopthecollective.com.au

Faulty items must be returned within 10 days of receipt, with labels and packaging intact. 

The Collective will give a store credit or full refund for faulty items, on approval of fault.

Delivery fees will not be included in the refund.

 

WHERE DO I RETURN TO?

Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email and process your refund within 5 days, please allow up to 10 days for the refund to show in your account.

Please note return shipping is best sent via a traceable method (we recommend registered post) to ensure safe and documented delivery.

The Collective cannot take any responsibility for missing incoming deliveries.

 

SHIPPING

At The Collective every dispatched item is checked and packaged with the utmost care, however, we are unable to take responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit.

The customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

PRIVACY

At The Collective we completely respect + protect your privacy.

Your privacy is absolutely important to us.

All personal details that are supplied to us will not, under any circumstances be sold, exchanged or disclosed unless ordered by the Court of Law.
